With cases ranging from traffic citations to murder, Brodie’s experience runs the gamut of what one would want when facing criminal charges. Brodie has always worked hard to provide people with the kind of service and care that they expect when hiring someone during such a difficult time in their life. Brodie is especially adept at handling constitutional issues within cases, and has always held in high regard the rights we all have as Minnesotans.

Brodie has degrees from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Hamline University School of Law, and the University of Kansas. All of these educational experiences have instilled in Brodie an understanding of people and a true sense of community. Brodie learned early on in his law practice that while many cases may have similar fact patterns, clients are all unique. He makes it his practice to get to know each and every person he represents on a level that allows him to give them the customized attorney experience they require. Brodie lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, three children, and two dogs. His weekends are usually spent watching his kids on the ice or the ball field. In the summer, if Brodie’s not in the courtroom or at his desk, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find him trying to find his golf ball after another wayward tee shot.
