We called Gerald Miller Law office for help regarding a DUI. We were frantic about what was going to happen! Our initial call was with Gerald who calmed us down and was helpful with what had to be done, and what did NOT have to be done until we heard from the court. His information was a big relief. Cody, with the firm, then contacted us, and took us step by step all the way to the end. His confidence and knowledge really took alot of stress off of us. By the way in the end he was right and we prevailed.Third, he truly cares deeply about his clients. He quickly returned all of my phone calls and would meet with me whenever I requested. Even if it was at night or on the weekend. He was honest and professional but even more than that. He cared. He always remained positive and gave me the peace of mind I needed. A couple years ago I worked with Attorney Cody Wright to fight a DWI charge. Cody was able to have all charges DROPPED! Completely dropped! His knowledge of the law was amazing, and ultimately the charges were dropped due to the officer making an unlawful stop. I wasn’t even in a vehicle, and hadn’t driven anywhere. Someone else near by had been, and the officer wrongfully approached me. It was comforting to hear Codys response to this, as well as the evidence provided. Absolutely would recommend Cody and everyone else at Gerald Miller to anyone seeking legal assistance. Wonderful people, that are very knowledgeable.

Cant say enough great things about Gerry and his firm. I own two companies with multiple trucks and drivers. I have six attorneys. For over twenty years, Gerry is our first call for any & all legal issues criminal or traffic. And there were some serious issues. I don't think there is anyone that rivals Gerry's knowledge of the law or his expertise to navigate the system, in order to get the best possible outcome for very dire legal situations. Gerry defines expert legal representation, while also being hard working, honest, and always responds within 24hrs or less. Which is what we expect for our money. It sets them apart from all the others. I don't think they knew when he passed the bar he would be setting the bar. We don't call anyone else.

My feed back is long over due, primarily because I really can not find the words to express myself. However, for now, this will have to do until I can focus enough to send a real letter.A few years back life had brought me to my knees leaving me spinning out of control. During that period I made a mess out of my life and I ended up in jail for my first DUI ever. Not knowing who to call, I could only open up the yellow pages the jailer gave me. Now, I am someone who considered all attorneys to be crooks and full of beans but, I had no choice but to turn my life over to one of them. My finger fell on Gerald Miller P.A. and I was able to reach Cody and in a very short time the case was resolved.However, I was still struggling mentally and still seemed intent on destroying myself. Now I found myself facing felony charges for a completely different issue.This case seemed to go on forever but I believe it was part of their plan to stretch it out allowing me the time to get the help necessary to straighten myself out.I believe that at some point they decided I was sincere in what I said and that I would continue working hard to turn my life around. Gerald did an amazing job on my case. I was looking at a mandatory of 4 years in prison with no criminal record. Jerry lead me through out the whole process and kept me very updated the whole time. He did a great job working with the courts and working out a great deal with prosecutors and my judge. I received 5 years probation with a stay of adjudication. I can now move on and not be a felon. DOWNWARD DEPARTURE GRANTED!! Facing 7-10 years in Prison for Felony DWI & Felony Fleeing (my 7th DWI with two prior Felony DWI's), I called Gerald Miller. I have never in my life been so impressed with an attorney! This man gave me two hours of his time during our initial consultation and told others he would have to call them back when another phone line rang or his cell phone went off. Obviously being in and out of the court system for 20 years, I've called several attorneys and 99% of those calls have resulted in the attorney showing very little interest in talking to me and a "hope everything works out for you" end to the conversation once they find out you might not have enough money for them. Gerald Miller gathered all the details and told me he wanted to meet with his team before making a decision of whether or not they would take on the case. Mr. Miller called me an hour later with the good news. From this moment on, Kyler Dreger was appointed to be my personal attorney through the proceedings. And he absolutely nailed it! Obviously facing this much prison time, there were a lot of questions I had and Mr. Dreger always took the time to make sure everything was covered when I would call, email, or text him. He really took the time to get to know me and built a strong defense based on our conversations. There was a plan made and he executed it exactly as he told me he would. I've been represented by several attorneys who say they will take a certain approach and never follow through with it. Mr. Dreger educated himself on the Anxiety and Depression I had been deaing with and how I was using alcohol to treat it. He beautifully articulated my struggles in a way that I had not been able to.Having legal representation that can advocate for you in court is something I have never experienced. Painting a picture of my life, struggles, and choices since this incident was key and Kyle did it flawlessly. He was also able to argue key points in the Prosecutor's testimony that played a huge role in the sentencing. There were discrepancies he pointed out that I didn't even catch, the main one being that a previous sentence of mine was a STAYED prison sentence, not the downward depature the Prosecutor was claiming it to be. The open guilty plea allowed the Judge to use discretion for sentencing and he did so thanks to Kyle's hard work as he accurately displayed to the court who I am, not what I did. I was sentence to 60 days in jail and 120 days on house arrest. To be quite honest, the way Kyle Dreger powerfully, professionally, and emotionally defended me, it was as if he was the one facing prison time and needed the court to understand the complexity of the situation. That's how impressive this young man is! His calm approach to an aggressive Prosecutor allowed him to point out mistakes and strengthen the defense. His patience and understanding of the process is what separates Kyle Dreger from other attorneys. This man is a powerhouse attorney and this law firm will do everything they can to help you! Got a dui during the start of COVID and the lock down so added more stress to the plate. Kyle represented me, I couldn’t be more happy with how involved he was with me during this whole process. I realize there was a pandemic, but I felt like the communication from my attorney was poor. On several occasions I was told I would receive a Communication on a certain date and that date would come and go without communication. It was on me to follow up with my attorney to get the information I desired. I would not use Gerald miller again with any legal issues.**edit. Spoke with my attorney and discovered any delays that were seen were due to the prosecutor and not a Gerald miller attorney. I have increased my rating**
